In the lead up to your tattoo appointment there are a few things you can do to make sure the session is as enjoyable as possible.

  • Arrive to your appointment, ideally a little early after having a good nights sleep and a substantial breakfast. I have coffee, tea and soft drinks to hand from the moment you walk in as well as a great cafe on site.

  • Wear something super comfy! You will be sat or lay for the majority of the day so something soft will help. There will be ink, sharpies and stencil around you all day, all of which will stain clothes. I have clean pillows and blankets to hand should you want to use them and zone out.

  • I enjoy swapping stories and there will be some mellow music on in the background. There is a TV to use and you are welcome to bring a book, headphones, iPad etc if you’d like to distract yourself.

  • If you are planning on staying the night, perhaps you have multiple sessions with me booked or just fancy a slower pace, the Cotswolds has some great places to stay. Consider places like The Wheatsheaf or The Stump, both have several room options and amazing restaurants on site. Cheltenham also has a great cinema called Tivoli if you find yourself with an evening spare.

If you will be staying the night after your tattoo, keep in mind you may be a little inky. Consider something to sleep in to avoid staining bedding or towels!

  • As a lot of my clientele travel to me you may be planning on coming down for a few days and making a trip of your tattoo. Feel free to email me for some recommendations of things to do, places to see and food to eat. There is a lot to offer in this amazing part of the world I am grateful to call home.

  • I work inside of private studio in the Cotswolds with ample free parking and a great cafe on site.

If you are arriving by train you want to arrive into Cheltenham Spa, or Kemble. From there it is around a 25min taxi ride (consider pre-booking arriving and departure) and Cheltenham does offer a bus to the village of Northleach, just around the corner.

  • I will give you a rundown in what to do in caring for your new tattoo. Full information can be found here.

  • At the end of each session you will be required to make payment. Depending on our agreement this will be either the total cost of the project minus your down payment or the total cost of the agreed day rate minus your down payment. If you have future appointments booked your down payment will be rolled forward until we are complete.

All payments should me made via Bank Transfer, or cash.

  • If you have any questions at all in the run up to your appointment date please do not hesitate to ask me. I understand this can be an intimidating process and I would like to make this all as enjoyable as possible!
